"I was online checking for better auto insurance quotes and a woman named KeShawn responded based on the info that I provided and at some point she sent me a quote, but needed a little more information to finalize the quote. I finally reached out to her at a time when I was dealing with sumthin that had me out of character. However, her caring, genuine & professional demeanor calmed me down immediately so that I could focus on the task at hand. Within 2-3 days(one day we played phone tag) I purchased auto insurance AND home insurance. She saved me a substantial amount of money, but even if she wasn't able to save me as much I still would've switched over to State Farm, because I knew that she had my Best interest at heart and was working for Me. For her it wasn't based on what she wanted me to have( or based on her commission) it was purely based on exactly what I needed, what would benefit me the most. I'm 67 years young and KeShawn is a throw back to what insurance agents used to be back in the day during my prayers era. They were like family, they actually cared about you and your family. They would occasionally call and check on you to make you & your family were alright, they wouldn't sell you a policy and disappear. They had a friendship with you and you with them. I normally read reviews but Never write them, but I was so impressed with KeShawn Ellis,(thats her full name) that I had too. I felt like it would've been disrespectful if I didn't, because as hard as she worked for me just doing her job, that is the least that I could for her. In the world that we live in now, getting some people to just do there job is like pulling teeth, but I guarantee that you will Not have that issue with KeShawn Ellis. I feel truly Blessed to have her as MY insurance agent working diligently on my behalf and she will definitely work on your behalf. *When was the last time that you actually smiled about switching auto insurance companies or getting homeowners insurance?! I was actually smiling today, because I received excellent coverage, saved some money in the process as new My agent worked on my behalf. But truthfully I thought it necessary because the agent that helped me get my insurance policy through State Farm, "Kylee" is her name, she was more than helpful and did not try and push the policy on me like others I have dealt with no she was down to earth and respectful, she listed to everything I had to say and gave me a very decent price on a new policy.
