"I had to cancel my sister's home policy, and keep her auto policy, then get her apartment insurance for her new apartment in a retirement community. I was so nervous as I was late in acquiring the apartment insurance. Then Rhonda answered the phone, heard my situation, felt my stress and proceeded to turn my nervousness into happiness as she explained everything perfectly and was able to start my sisters policy immediately, cancel the home policy and continue the auto policy for a very fair price.
